Eisenhower Memorial Tapestry, Washington, D.C.
Honoring the United States’ 34th president, the Frank Gehry-designed memorial features 80-foot tall columns supporting a series of woven metal tapestries over 435 feet long depicting scenes from the cliffs of Normandy. The tapestry is constructed with welded twisted and braided Stainless-steel wires supported by prestressed cables. The memorial is expected to be completed in time for the 75th Anniversary of VE Day on May 8, 2020.

NIKE Headquarters, Beaverton, Oregon
An addition of approximately 3.2 million square feet of office, mixed-use and parking facilities. The largest structure, a simple geometric interplay of linearity and triangularity at more than one million square feet and the equivalent of three city blocks, is the Serena Williams Building. Also, among the expansion, the Sebastian Coe Building, a six-floor, approximately 475,000 square foot structure, which will add about 475,000 square feet of office space, and the Michael Krzyzewski Fitness Center, a 47,000 square-foot facility. Nike’s campus expansion project is slated to be completed by 2018.

Triomphe, Burnaby, BC, Canada
Towering 46-story tower encompasses 340 Luxurious townhome residences. The expected completion is in the first part of 2020.”

Harbor East, Baltimore, MD
A 22-story tower in Harbor East to be called Liberty Harbor East. The waterfront $170 million development will hold a 50,000-square-foot Whole Foods market and 3,500-square feet of retail. Atop that, 282 apartments and 35 condominiums are planned.

Metropolis Phase 2 Residential Tower 3, Los Angeles, CA
Located on the north side of the site along Eighth Street, this residential tower with retail would have up to 775 condominium units and be up to 63 floors (approximately 671 feet tall). It would consist of up to 853,309 square feet of floor area.

Riverside Center, Building 4, New York City, NY
Located Three Waterline Square, 633 West 59th Street, this residential tower would have up to 244 units and be up to 34 floors, with completion time in 2019.

1001 Broadway, Seattle, WA
A 16-story, structure containing 265 apartment units and 45,858 sq. ft. of retail space located throughout the structure.

Wilshire and Crescent Heights, Los Angeles, CA
The mixed-use development at Crescent Heights/Wilshire Boulevard comprises of a residential tower, parking, and a ground floor retail area. A 19-story, structure containing 158 units and 383,714 sq. ft. 235 feet Above Grade Residential Tower, with completion Date October 2017.

Apex II, Los Angeles, CA
Located on one of the most popular intersections in downtown Los Angeles, The Apex mixed use high rise is a 28-story, sits on 0.5 acres and provides 341 units.

Alexan, San Diego, CA
Alexan, a mixed use residential development located on 13th and J Street/14th and K Street in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego. This 320-unit project is an 18-story building.

755 Spring St (8th & Spring), Los Angeles, CA
A 24-story mixed use tower, 244 feet tall, consisting of about 320 apartment dwelling units and 8,900 square feet of total retail space. The size of the project site is 0.89 acres.

Silvery Towers, San Jose, CA
Located on 188 W. Saint James Street, 23 & 24-story buildings, consisting of 700 units.
